Better Qualified Service Technicians
All our service technicians hold a Maryland HVAC journeymen or masters license. In addition to the MD licenses we require our technicians to be tested and become NATE certified.
We Play by the Rules
State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, State Board of HVACR Contractors requires a service technician to hold either a MD HVAC Journeyman or Master License to service HVAC equipment. We abide by this law even though it is not well enforced and many of our competitors send apprentices to service HVAC equipment.

Meet the Owner
Comfort Air took over new ownership in January of 2022. Chris started working for Comfort Air in 2006 as an apprentice and then became a Journeyman certified technician in 2009. With over 15 years of experience, you can rest assured Chris has your best interest at heart and will work hard to make sure your HVAC needs are met.
Chris is a family man, an assistant travel baseball coach (go Sykesville Cyclones!), a car and truck enthusiast, a gymnastics Dad and a supporter of our local community.
He looks forward to working with the community for many years to come!

Based in Sykesville, we serve all of Carroll County and the following surrounding areas: Cooksville, Liberty Town, Lisbon, Marriottsville, Owings Mills, Reisterstown, Upperco, West Friendship, Woodstock and Western Howard County.
