Better Qualified Service Technicians
All our service technicians hold a Maryland HVAC journeymen or masters license. In addition to the MD licenses we require our technicians to be tested and become NATE certified.
We Play by the Rules
State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, State Board of HVACR Contractors requires a service technician to hold either a MD HVAC Journeyman or Master License to service HVAC equipment. We abide by this law even though it is not well enforced and many of our competitors send apprentices to service HVAC equipment.
We’ve been in business since 1990 and average tech experience of 15-20 years in the HVAC trade.
Air Conditioning Contractors Of America (ACCA)
ACCA is the largest association of HVACR contractors and the preferred service provider for members in all 50 states and worldwide.
North American Technician Excellence (NATE)
NATE is the leading certification program for technicians in the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry and is the only test supported by the entire industry.
