Comfort Air is so nice to work with. They have taken care of our hvac and gas lines for years. Highly recommend. Every tech that has come here for service has been knowledgeable and courteous.We just had a new system installed and the install went just great. We wanted a piece of equipment moved just slightly and they accomadated us. Completed the new unit installation yesterday as scheduled. Excellent & professional job fellows. Took time to explain all the things I needed to know. Everything works as expected. Very happy customer. Special Thank You to Chris, Cody, JT & John. - Great team. Comfort Air team in Eldersburg are truly committed to overall excellent service & satisfaction. They try to help me revive my failing heat pump compressor while waiting for installation date. With all excellent effort unsuccessful, comfort air was caring & sensitive to customer needs & loaned me 2 window a/c ‘s until my new unit installed. To me that’s commitment to excellent service with customer A-1 priority. I am now a committed customer for a customer committed company. I’m so grateful & special Thank You to Chris, Mike , Phil & Daughter. 8/20/26 Called Comfort Air office today. Phil & daughter came to adjust my Thermostat to match the true temp & lower the humidity. Phil correctly diagnosed in no time with $00. Cost as part of 2 yr coverage post new unit installation.
